Head Chemist
The Dr. (as in juris doctor) Frankenstein of hard ciders, Ed’s job is to come up with concoctions so good he can finally quit his criminal law practice of 35+ years. Ed can be found late at night in his lab (the bunker) satisfying his unending desire to create the most delicious cider in all of The Land.
(Jury’s still out on that though…)

OrchardistAs Igor to Ed’s Dr. Frankenstein, David’s job is to keep the doc happy and fully supplied with all the ingredients he needs to make amazing ciders. Ending his criminal law practice of 44 years, he has decided to engage in a more peaceful and allegedly less stressful occupation.
(Jury’s still out on that though…)

FAQs
Do you sell food?
We don’t sell food but we welcome everyone to bring in or have food delivered. We expect to offer Puerto Rican small plates and soups by April 1st of 2025.
What is the parking situation?
There are a few spots at the building, on the street, as well as in the lot directly west of the bunker on the other side of 43rd street. Parking is always free!
Are you pet friendly?
We welcome all well-behaved pets to visit our bunker or orchard! The more the merrier.
What kind of apples do you use?
Good ones! Red ones, yellow ones and even some reddish green ones. More specifically, Macintosh, Jonathan, Rome, Winesap, Courtland, and Golden Delicious. Our ciders are mostly a blend, however we are developing some single varietals in the near future!
What is the ABV of your hard ciders?
Generally around 6.5 - more than a beer, less than wine.
Do you have non-alcoholic cider?
Yes we do! It is currently only available at The Bunker.
Do you have merch?
We just launched a new line of hats, T’s & hoodies with more coming soon!
